Our mission
FitGPU is a community-powered platform that helps people benchmark their PCs, find the local AI models that fit, buy upgrades worth the money, and measure the difference afterward.
FitGPU helps you choose hardware for running open-weight LLMs locally. Unlike pure calculators, we publish benchmarks measured on our own machines (an RX 6950 XT desktop and a Ryzen AI mini-PC) on the benchmarks page, alongside used-GPU prices.
We never publish made-up numbers. Estimates are labeled as estimates, the formulas are on the methodology page, and measured results are published only after we have run them.
